Every once in a while you see a tweet that on it's own, seems to be a fabrication, or exaggeration, but then looking at the flow of tweets before it, you see it was real.

We figured this all out looking at the flow of her tweets and her bio.
Sir Twitalot loves this post not only for it's enthusiasm and joy, but also for the use of the adjective "non-cancer" in describing her shoulder, and for the ending, "What a long, great day." which if you read the tweets before it, is a fitting culmination to her Twitter Build Up. Also, you feel the word "touched" in this tweet extends not only from his physical touch, but also the emotion she felt.
