While I do believe there are myriad Jews in Vegas who celebrate the Sabbath in manifold methods, I am not certain that hanging out at Chabad is high on their list.

I think it would require a strong spiritual constitution, like Matisyahu's, to hang at Chabad, when the Hard Rock Cafe is making Manischevitinis.
