Fave Random Tweet July 9

Scruffff

I just went to a book store and every single novel in the fiction section either had a naked man or Nazi symbol on the cover. Uncomfortable.

Sir Twitalot has found yet another Fave Random Tweet of the day from one of the younger Twitelopes out there on the Web Savannah.

Which makes the Sir ask - is this Generation Twit incarnated with better writers, or are the older Twitterati just not giving their all on their tweetles? Or is Sir Twitalot just more connected with the younger folks, without their gray hair and discussions about old TV shows?

I do not know, but I do know that Scruffff here has given us a great 140 or less here.

Sir Twitalot appreciates this tweet because

a) he went to a bookstore

b) he went to the fiction section

c) he noticed the covers had two themes - neither of which is "fictional" really - we have plenty of nude men around - some at Sir Twitalot's gym even think they need to march around the locker room naked, as if on some strange Disneyland Balltopia Ride, going around and around without a towel - and we have had Nazis in real life, and because everything genocidal is new again, we have Neo-Nazis too!

d) he brought in his reaction to these covers. Uncomfortable.

We get a whole story about his looking for a whole story. We can relate. We can laugh.
This tweet is more complete than some films I have seen.

Great job Scruff! May you continue tweeting!
